Welcome To The International Ambassadors' Mission
 Who We Are
A
MISSION WITH A FAMILY FOCUS! The
International Ambassador’s Mission (I AM) is a Mentoring
Organization located in the heart of North Central Philadelphia. Our mission is
to help support individuals, families and their communities through
mentorship, spiritual enrichment, education and sports. Our goal is
to provide social and economical opportunities for youths and their
families.
In 1991, I AM
was founded by George R. Clark, Jr. in response to a need to provide disadvantage youths and their
families
basic life skills needed for a successful transformation in an
ever-changing society. Through our Empowerment Workshops, our
participants have improved their quality of life at home, church,
school and community. I AM
has serviced over 5,000 youths and their families. Today, our
mission includes a comprehensive Wellness Program, Sports/Fitness
and a Gender Specific Program for both boys and girls.

What We Believe
WE BELIEVE THAT WE
ARE THE ONE'S THAT CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE! Our core
values consist of four components: family, community, education
and spiritual enrichment. We believe stressing unity
and the importance of family as the footprint for a
healthier society. We also believe that a community built
on collective work and responsibility can serve as a
catalyst for a thriving and productive community. By
creating an environment where traditional and non
traditional learning is encouraged we believe that hope for
the future generation can be realized. Lastly, when
all these factors work together through spiritual soundness,
we believe human development can have a greater chance of
reaching its highest potential. |

advocacy, education and support services. In so doing, we hope to
create ambassadors that will demonstrate leadership, confidence,
character and good stewardship for a better society. |
